Range from 25 mm Bore and upto 300 mm Bore with the stroke length from 10 mm and upto 5000 mm. Working pressure 500 Kg/ cm2

CYLINDER MATERIAL SPECIFICATION :

• CYLINDER TUBE : ST- 52 BK Grade inside honed & Burnished tubes. Bored and micro honed for long life of seals.
• PISTON RODS : CK - 45/ En8 grade Hard Chrome plated rod minimum 30 microns plating thickness. Ground and hard chrome plated for long seal life and for corrosion resistance.
• PISTON : Ck45 grade steel material with precisely machined on lathe / CNC machine . Made of high Grade cast iron with long bearing area.
• GLAND & END COVER : Ck45 grade steel material with precisely machined on Lathe / CNC machine . This Holds the static 0' ring.
• THE RODS : Made of medium carbon steel with hexagonal nuts. SEALS : Standardized with imported seals from England & USA.
